End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License & Apple Standard EULA Alignment
Wott ("Licensor") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to install and use this application on mobile devices that you own or control. This license is for your personal, non-commercial use only.· Apple App Store Integration: For all users downloading this application from the Apple App Store, this agreement strictly incorporates and adopts Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By using this application on an iOS device, you explicitly agree to all terms provided by Apple.
2. Usage Restrictions
You agree NOT to:· Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the software.
· Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the application.
· Attempt to bypass the 50-save limit or any other subscription-based gates through technical manipulation.
3. Premium Subscriptions & Fees
The Application is offered on a freemium basis. You may save up to 50 items locally at no cost.· Annual Subscription: Unlimited saves and additional features require an annual subscription of $20/year.
· Billing and Store Features: All payment processing, subscriptions, and other store-related billing features are managed exclusively by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
· Billing Support: For any issues related to payments, billing, or subscription management (such as updating payment methods or cancelling subscriptions), users must contact Apple or Google support directly.
· Refunds: Refund requests must be handled through Apple or Google’s native support systems and are subject to their respective refund policies.
4. Data & Local Storage
All data, including saved links and custom categories, is stored locally on your device.· Loss of Data: You acknowledge that Licensor is not responsible for any data loss occurring from app deletion, device damage, or OS updates.
· Privacy: Use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
5. Third-Party Services (TMDB & OTT Platforms)
· Metadata: This application uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
· External Links: The app allows you to save links to external OTT platforms (e.g., Netflix, Prime Video). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or functionality of these third-party services.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Licensor. You may terminate it by deleting the application. Licensor may terminate this agreement immediately if you fail to comply with any terms, including non-payment of subscription fees.8. Apple App Store Specific Terms (Required by Apple)
App Feature Support: Licensor is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the application's features, such as link saving, folder management, and UI functionality. For issues related to these features, please contact our support team at wottsupport@gmail.com.· App Store EULA Primacy: In accordance with Apple submission standards, the terms of this custom EULA supplement Apple's Standard EULA.
· App Store Disclaimer: You acknowledge that neither Apple nor Google has any obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Application.
· Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and have the right to enforce it against you.
